Who uses TagPay?
The TagPay package was built for developing countries where phones are everywhere and bank accounts are roughly unheard of. Today, over 30 mobile payment providers in 25+ countries use TagPay to offer their mobile money services.

Our Offer
Tagattitude offers banks, telecom operators, payments service providers, and others a complete and brandable mobile money platform called TagPay.
Enabled Services:
The TagPay platform supports a complete range of mobile money services.
Just pick the services you'd like to offer and let us do the rest.
Don't see the type of service you're looking to provide? Let us know what you're looking for and we will tell you if TagPay can do the trick.
Mobile money services running on a TagPay platform guarantee:
- Any customer's phone can serve as a means of payment, no matter what type of phone they have or which network operator they belong to
- Your customers won't need to download any applications on their phones or get special payment devices
- Agents and merchants can use their own phones to make transactions or can use one of the low-cost mobile payment terminals offered by Tagattitude
- User friendly services for all of your mobile money customers
How it Works:
With TagPay you can instantly turn any phone into a means of securing electronic transactions. The architecture of the platform is specifically designed for mobile payments and includes fee managements, alerts and reporting, multi-currency, and other necessary features. TagPay can function autonomously or be seamlessly added to existing payment schemes.

TagPay Account:
With TagPay, every phone represents an account and a means of making transactions. Users can use stored value accounts (wallets), prepaid accounts with merchants, bank accounts, or any combination of the above. Users can easily load, withdraw, and transfer money from their account or pay merchants using their phone. Each account is protected by the user's mobile phone, their passcode and NSDT™ technology.
Loading Funds:
Users can load their account by depositing cash with an agent or using a payment card on the web. Banks may offer their clients the possibility of connecting TagPay to an existing bank account. Salaries, loans, and pensions can be sent directly to a TagPay account, offering a simple way to load accounts.
Money Transfers:
TagPay supports four ways to transfer funds between TagPay accounts: proximity transfers, transfers via IVR, transfers on web, and transfers facilitated by an agent. Any phone can receive funds; if authorized, even without prior enrollment in the service.
Cash-Out:
Users can withdraw cash with an agent or from an ATM. TagPay includes NSDT™-based software for secure ATM cash withdrawals using the phone as the authentication device (instead of the card). Install this software on ATMs to offer withdrawals from mobile money accounts. The ATM uses the client's phone and pass code for authentication and signs the transaction using NSDT™. Agents or merchants can also offer cash out.
Retail Payments:
Merchants can accept mobile payment easily and efficiently in their store or on their e-commerce website. The merchant's phone and/or TagPay terminal is used to accept payments at his point of sale. The TagPay e-commerce payment tool is used to accept payments on his website. For both retail and online payments, the customer is asked to enter their phone number and passcode. The customer subsequently receives the phone call used for NSDT™ authentication. The transaction is completed as soon as their phone detects the NSDT™ cryptosound played by the merchant's terminal or web page. The payment is made and confirmations are sent by SMS, vocal-message, email, or printed receipt.
